The 28.95-metre Benetti Bella Vita has been sold, according to a new brokerage report. Delivered in 2019 as part of the Delfino 95 series, the yacht combines a main-deck owner's suite with several outdoor settings, offering a familiar ownership proposition in a relatively compact superyacht platform.

A Completed Sale, With the Price Undisclosed

BOAT International reports that Lon McCloskey of Fraser represented the seller, while Martin Allan Hills of Alexander Marine introduced the buyer. Bella Vita's last published asking price was $5.75 million. The report does not disclose the completed transaction price.

That distinction is important to the way the sale should be read. An asking figure records the public position of a listing; it does not reveal the final agreement or the circumstances of either party. This transaction alone also provides insufficient evidence for a broader conclusion about pricing across the market.

The yacht was delivered in 2019 as the fourth Delfino 95, with design by Giorgio Cassetta in collaboration with Benetti. Those identifiers help keep this particular vessel separate from other yachts carrying the Bella Vita name.

Several Ways to Spend Time Outside

The five-cabin arrangement includes a full-beam owner's suite forward on the main deck. Large saloon windows, outdoor dining areas and a foredeck lounge with a spa pool give the yacht several distinct places for guests to gather or spend time apart.

For a buyer thinking about use, the question is which of those settings will matter most. A preferred breakfast table, an afternoon seat in the shade and a place to meet before going ashore can each become part of a boat's daily rhythm. A layout becomes personal through those repeated choices.

Walkaround side decks and a tender garage with a fold-down transom door form part of the published arrangement. The source describes the door also serving as a swim platform, connecting tender activity and time by the water with the aft area.

A Yacht With an Existing Story

The sale places a physical, previously operated yacht in the hands of a new owner. For a prospective buyer assessing a comparable vessel, that invites a different set of questions from choosing a concept: how the spaces feel aboard, how equipment has been maintained and which aspects already suit the intended routine.

Those are considerations for an individual assessment, rather than findings about Bella Vita's condition. The public sale report does not publish a survey, the agreed terms or a future operating plan.

For now, the confirmed news is the transaction and the brokerage teams involved. Bella Vita's next chapter may bring a change of name, cruising plans or further work, but no such development should be assumed. Her design offers a useful reminder that an ownership story can be followed through the everyday possibilities of a yacht, as well as through its sale announcement.
