The 49.1-metre Christensen motor yacht Carte Blanche has changed ownership in an in-house IYC transaction, with Mark Elliott representing the seller and Michael Ripley the buyer.
Delivered in 2009, Carte Blanche belongs to Christensen’s 160 series. Her exterior and naval architecture were developed in-house, with interiors by Carol Williamson & Associates.
BOAT International reports a final asking price of $22.25 million. That figure is the advertised price before the sale, rather than a disclosed completion value.
Space for life across four decks
The yacht offers six cabins, including a main-deck owner’s suite and a full-beam VIP suite below. An elevator connects all four decks, while outdoor amenities include a sundeck Jacuzzi and a substantial swim platform.
IYC lists a cruising speed of 13 knots and a maximum of 17 knots. Its specifications also identify zero-speed stabilisers and an engine top-end overhaul completed in March 2026.
The sale marks a new chapter for an established American-built yacht. It should not be presented as an active sales listing following the completed transaction.
